    would never understand. It seems too complicated and
    very broad for me. I’m looking forward for

    1. Thank you for your feedback! This practice can be challenging, but please don’t be discouraged. There are so many other techniques that may be more suitable for you.       There aren’t any mudras (hand gestures) involved, it’s very relaxing, and it’s one of my favorite practices. If there’s anything specific that you are interested in seeing/learning about, please let me know! I am open to suggestions.
