Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Victoria, and I am a 200hr Vinyasa and 30hr Yin Yoga Instructor. I enjoy integrating anatomy and many modifications into my classes to ensure that my students practice yoga safely. I hope my classes dispel the myth that you need to be flexible to practice yoga; instead, yoga meets you where you are at. Yoga is a practice that embodies the mind, body, and soul, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share this practice with you.
